Return of Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of a product from Strongboy Ltd being damaged or not fit for purpose, the customer must notify Strongboy Ltd via sales@strongboy.co.uk within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the item in order for our quality assurance team to investigate the problem further.

Once all of the information is received and verified we will issue a full refund or FOC replacements.


Return of Unwanted Goods

In the event of a customer taking delivery of goods that are no longer required Strongboy Ltd must be notified via sales@strongboy.co.uk within 7 days of the purchase.

In this case Strongboy Ltd will refund the goods but will still insist on charging both the original carriage charge and any costs that are incurred in relation to collection of the goods from the customers address; this charge will be advised prior to the collection.
